The first of the seed babies that popped up....there's a bunch more now...and I'm so excited:

My little dark-eyed junco buddy looking for his tribe. They usually arrive in groups, but he was the lone visitor for quite a while before the others arrived. That was the first animal that got injured after we moved here that I took to the wildlife center for help. Luckily, it pulled through and I brought it back home and released it. I often wonder if one of the visitors is the same one....

The tribe has arrived, and then some. Although not all of them made it into the photo. Apparently the bird population didn't get the memo about social distancing. lol (although I did hear about a rapidly spreading bird flu showing up in China and somewhere else I can't remember right now - yikes) A few cardinals, a love dove, and a few juncos gathering to take care of the seed overflow:

Also, your seedlings... do you plant them in the ground or containers? Peppers? Yummo!!

This is the first of yellow tomatoes that I have found in my area - I'd like to learn how to raise them. We had yellow and orange tomatoes, along with red where I grew up. :)
