Towhees live in abundance here. Their colors really pop when they are seen with a background of snow. I wish I could fly free like a bird.

Actually I am using my avatar as my wallpaper LOL! Yesterday was a great day to be out taking photos. Here's a few more that I got around our property. Except the tractor, that was down the road a bit.

Wow....that is an incredible compliment! Thank you Heather ;o) My mom is encouraging me to put a portfolio together so she can do an open house. My oldest son wants me to start entering contests. Me.....I think I have a lot to learn but am having fun, that's the main thing. It has been fantastic therapy. I usually put my camera in the car when going to my sessions. That way I can stop somewhere and take photos afterwards to relax. It is really helping ;o) Thanks again.....that really means alot!

My area is best known for the foliage, mountains, and skiing. Its beautiful, but cold. lol xD
