Sufferer Flash backs are my main issue

Hello there .Im suffering from cptsd .My major symptom nowadays is flash backs .
Early morning ones are the hardest .Find it so hard to get up and started for the day .

I have flash backs of two incidents of sexual.harrassment i faced at work .The people involved in that time .What they said ,what i said and Their expressions.One event is around 10 years old.Other is of a year back.

talking and/or writing about them as they arose helped me a great deal. the memories are still there and ugly as sin, but the open honesty has reduced them to stains on the sidewalk. they no longer have the power to derail my day.
