Feeling music in your BONES?!? One of my fave grounding methods. If we wanna use the psychobabble, instead of simply stating feeling RIGHT. Feeling HUMAN. Feeling MYSELF. Okay. It’s okay. I’m going to be okay. As the music thrills down my muscles, and the bass hugs my bones, close. It’s like an embrace by a lover. Or a wink from a best friend.
