What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I have this vision now of me clunking in with loads of assorted crystals and stinking of essential oils. :roflmao:

Maybe feeling too embarrassed to feel anxious. :rolleyes:
 
Ok, this one is better (I suppose I have a better grasp on it).

I feel: left behind, forgotten, unimportant, out-of-the-loop and worthless.

They are helping me, bergamot oil on my pillow whilst resting and a lavender reed difuser on my dressing table. Oh and the moss agate turtle I hold in my hand - you have a convert sister :inlove:
 
Oh KP, Moss Agate is so good to help balance the left and right brain hemispheres.

Hubby has one in a spiral holder round his neck, he loves it.

It is best worn like this, about the middle of the chest area is where it should be. But if just holding it works for you, then just go with it.

If it feels warm and comforting, then it is doing it's job. dont forget to hold it under clean running cold water once or week or so, just to refresh it, dry it with a soft cloth, and off you go again.

Dont keep the lavender at the side of your bed all the time, you could become sensitized to it. and be careful with the Bergamot too, as in dont get it on your skin. :tup:

It is odd it does feel warm and comforting when I hold it. It is discreet and no-one knows I'm holding it. I have also held it between my hands, as if in prayer and gently roll it through my palms. My hands are in the middle of my body and that works well. I didn't know about the refreshing so will do that.

I'll also move the lavender from the bedside.

I feel glad to be home for a while, no plans tomorrow except cooking and some stuff around the house.

I feel that someone took adavantage of me today, and what started as a couple of errands ended up being a whole lot of driving all over town and I was late to a commitment because of it.

I feel frustrated with myself that I accomidated the person instead of saying, I can't do this today, I have to be at xyz at 12 pm.

I feel relieved that it is over "for now" and I'll have tomorrow to think it through and address it with a clear head.

I like to help others, and I think that at times, I get taken advantage of.

I think that it will be okay, that I'll square it up and be kind about it but direct about loading up too many things one one day.

I think that I've offered to be helpful on another day, so this could balance out.

I think I'm going to be okay.
