Art therapy definitely includes finger paints. I some finger painting supplies in the arts and crafts store on Thursday. It sure made me want to purchase finger paints and paint on my windows.

Funny, a few minutes ago I was wondering what I would have done if my hypervigilance was this bad while in school... I would have freaked! Heck, even the bells at the end of class would freak me out!!

And I'll need a room that doesn't have a connecting door as someone could have the key and I'll need at least three deadbolt locks on my room door and absolutely no windows. Oh, and the ringer turned off on the phone---because if it rings they'll be scraping me off of the ceiling.:eek:
