Im having a hard time with not blaming myself for the choices I made. Feeling extreme guilt. If I hadn't talked to, if I hadn't ranaway, if I hadn't...grrrrr

I am feeling nervous, and on edge as the court date rapidly approaches for my daughter and this will be the first time she will see him since he beat her. She is nervous about seeing him. I am having anxiety about this and will feel such relief when it is all over. I hope she gets the restraining order granted to her because he seems to respect that.

I am so concerned because he does not admit to doing that to her in spite of the proof of the pictures and being arrested and a temporary restraining order.

I am trying not to get all worked up. I am feeling better than I did yesterday.

I am upset with dad. Today he came up with something new and messed up my mind. Really feel lot of anger towards him. I controlled myself for 30 mins and then he twisted, acted in a way that made me very stressed, upset and angry.

Nostalgic. Part of me misses certain people and places. Yet, part of me is glad we are not back there any longer.

Happy that my husband found a second job. Though I wish we didn't need him to have one. I feel horrible being on disability, but, even he says I can't work. I think it is less stressful having me home then at work. I also feel a bit reticent. I hate feeling like that.

I am feeling so much better than I was this morning. I got alot accomplished today.

Happy that we can help some friends out who's laptop has bitten the dust.

We have an old desk top computer, one with a big screen, tower and keyboard. It works fine, a bit slow at times but he knows what he is doing so he will be able to clean it up and get the speed back. We are taking it to them, hopefully next weekend.

He wants to run a radio station for veterans, one that they can listen to and ask questions via the internet. In just over a week he will have it up and running again.

I am feeling okay and good today. I feel at ease in myself. I did some cleaning and decluttering. I did a drawing class. I hung out with other artists. I am not judging myself and putting myself down. So I feel at peace and much lighter. I feel so grateful for my life today.

You're not disable. You are just struggling with injuries and soon you will overcome your inner battle. Hang in there friend.
