Hey all. I found this app in the App Store for iPhone called PTSD coach. It does a check In once a week where it assesses your symptoms. you answer the questions on a scale from 1-10 from "all the time" to "rarely" Than logs it so you can go back and see on a chart how you have been doing. There is a self assessment part, manage part, find help part and a learn part. Under "manage" you can choose a symptom you are experiencing and it'll give you a tool to manage it. Sleeplessness, flashbacks, triggers ect. I found it really useful and it's free. Might be for droid as well.

Nice! Thanks for the info :) Have to find a way to get around the annoying "you can only download apps from the app-store in your country" stuff though. Plenty of ways!

Yay, I downloaded the app :) And in the process I found out about another great app. It's called optimism and it measures your disorder-related symptoms everyday. It lists your symptoms, your triggers and "stay well strategies", (which you can freely change, the options are unending) and it's free too.

To measure my sleeping I use Sleep Cycle, it doesn't make you sleep when you feel tense but it will keep track of your nights and it's way better than your regular alarm clock when you finally do fall asleep (it costs 0.99)
