EDIT: OK, I just checked it out. It seems like it might be helpful if I can stick with it. I just checked the assessment history chart and it was a little disturbing to see my levels actually OFF the chart. Knowing myself, I believe that it is quite likely that I might begin to minimize how I feel in order to get back on the chart. Of course, being honest with the self is the best option. I will try to do that.

I haven't used the tracker much yet. I know darned well what it would tell me, so...uh... a little chicken. **CLUCK** Some of the suggestions are good, though. Last night it told me to go clean something. I laughed, and thought it was stupid, but decided, what the heck - I need to load the dishwasher anyway. Go figure - it actually worked. :laugh:

An update on the ap. I showed my T it today and he thought it was a great resource and was really happy about it - especially because of how it adjusts to the level of distress...
