Noticed, in therapy, that my mood is less euphoric then last week or even the week before that. As long as it doesn't decline anymore then this.

Just took a tick off my dog. Now I'm going to shower. No longer feeling bored. Just yucky!:confused:

I've been having a rough day. Anxiety through the roof, and struggling a lot. A lot of destructive impulses on/off, and a lot of panic. But took an atarax, so I'm reasonably calm but feel empty and numb. Depressed.

Intermitment bouts of anxiety and pain.

Vulnerable and in a strange frame of mind. No words there. Not like usual where there are too many words waiting to get out of me and they are trapped inside me. Just nothing at present. Very withdrawn. Not sure if it is some form of depression.

Bemused. Got up this morning to find that, for reasons best known to himself, my son has decided to take the electric sander apart at some point in the night and leave the pieces all over the table???!!! :confused::arghh;

Suspect it's going to be a laugh or cry day....or possibly both
