Wow. Seriously? I picked the topic from the bottom of another post. I am new here so didn't realize that they were old posts. I will check now but I have to say this whole thread seems hostile to me. Could things not be said as if I was a person with feelings?

There is nothing wrong with responding to an old thread. You should take notice of dates though, so you can tailor posts based on old or current.

I'm guessing you mean you want us to treat you as a person who has feelings, not as you put it here, which is saying you WANT us to treat you as though you have no feelings. Also, it says on your avatar that you are a 'well-known member'?

I'm confused how you can be new here if you are already at that level? Maybe I don't understand the system the moderators grant that status to? How new is new? I don't come here as much as I used to so I may not have met you before?

I was a bit blunt, but aren't I also allowed my own honest reaction to wasting my time on a thread that no one has responded to in 3 years? I felt annoyed and asked that the dates be checked in future. Is that really so bad and is it actually being hostile?

Next time I will also check the dates of the threads, so I don't waste time with them, when the OP is already long past the issue, and hopefully resolved it? I'm sure you can see the pointlessness of debating a 3 year old thread.

Disagreeing with you isn't being hostile...it's disagreeing and expressing that honestly. It's not like I was attacking you or being mean...I expressed my natural annoyance at wasting my time on a thread this old.

No but attitude is clear in this posting. No need to continue with this. As you said - 'Total waste of time'. I have no interest in the attitude put across here. If you notice my other threads I try to be supportive and kind to others. This is not the tone I have received here. So let's stop this NOW.

I'm a strong woman. That often gets confused with having an attitude with certain people. That's ok. I have no interest in continuing this either. I expressed myself honestly...you couldn't deal with that. I can let it go now.

I didn't realise I was supposed to be supportive to you in this thread shimmerz...given that it wasn't about you, it was Innordinates thread. I'm quite often supportive and kind to most people here also. I don't think I was unkind or mean or hostile, and I'm sorry it came across that way to you... though it seems like you just didn't like me expressing my annoyance.

For the record Alba, I didn't find what you said to be harsh at all. But then, I appreciate bluntness in communication. ;)
