went to my doctor one month ago for treatment of ptsd.lost nine pounds and feel almost normal.hve had ptsd for a very long time. wanted to say thanks to this site i had the courage to do it.:smile::clap::clap::clap::clap:
 
That's great! Taking that first step is difficult and you've done a great job with it. Congrats, and welcome to the forum! :smile:
 
You should be thanking yourself.... it is you who made the decision... now you just need to keep replicating what you did... being making positive decisions opposed to negative ones for your life.

:hello: well it may get difficult at some point but it takes being positive to make good things happen.
