I walked 56 minutes last night.

This morning I did a 30 minute body scan, wrapped up like a butterfly in a cocoon.I did a semi supine. I also did a Crawling for Grown Ups.

I just walked 72 minutes. I have been really working hard this morning at containment.

I walked one hour and forty minutes tonight. I improvised some dance walking and stretching as I went about it as well.

I am in! I have been way behind in my exercise but this has motivated me. I ran 1/2 mile yesterday and 200 triceps lifts. Running another 1/2 mile today. I know it is not much but the last time I ran was in 1989 in basic training. Going to keep training to Climb Mt. Shasta next season.
 
My coach found out how messed up my sleep is and insisted I stop all workouts till I'm sleeping more. So nothing since my spin other than a 3 mile hike up Irish hills with the dog and the occasional walk around the block to give him SOME exercise.
Today: I am supposed to run for an hour. Have to get the medicinal cobwebs out so I can run and then I'm taking Char would to run... Possibly trails maybe streets. It's still pretty quiet out there.
 
I did thirty minutes body awareness and breathing.
I did the Semi supine as well - Alexander Technique.

2 hours 15 minutes - 7 km.

What do you all do for rehydration? Do you all carry bottles or bladders in a backpack type of situation? Photos of set ups - belt buckles with bottles etc appreciated. Looking for ideas. I actually rehydrated properly for the first time today. So looking to up the watering hole options in my life.

1 hour 10 minutes 4 km.

So I am grateful for three hours and twenty-five minutes of walking today. 10 km walking which is my goal.

So, couldnt do my workout today. I feel totally and utterly in the gutter because adjustment of my thyroid medication. The lack of energy, focus and, well, everything is hard to put into words. But tonight I felt a burst of energy and used that to do 30 min intervall cardio. Proud of that.
Hope tomorrow I feel well enough for my usual workout.
