About 4 years ago I went to the shop to buy some stuff. Havent left the house for months at that time. When I arriverd there, after a 500-700m walk, I had cramps in the whole body, was out of breath, heart racing and basically felt like dying. I was 24. I knew then that things had to change. While learning to excercise the biggest mistake I did was valueing intesity over regularity. Does that sentence make sense in english? A friend explained it to me like this: "When you first start out, training the brain is the important part. The body/results comes second. It is about learning to start, learning to keep at it, to beginn even when one is not in the mood. After the brain improves the body follows." I found that to be true for most things in life.
Did my regular 70 minutes whole body workout. I postponed yesterday as I was still too sore. I blame my thyroid for that. My bloodwork came back yesterday, it was hilariously bad. Tomorrow light cardio. I wish summer would go away, it is entirely to hot for my taste. I am a winter person through and through. Today I did not circuit my sets, felt too weak and sluggish, and it barely increased my time needed. Needs investigating.
I am very angry and pissed off right now about that bloodwork results. Because of some dumbasses who f*cked up my files I had to live with very, very, very bad hormone level for months. I can basically pull strands of hair from my scalp. f*cking bureau
crazy.
Oh well, I probably will feel better then ever in life when new medication works. Just needs a few months to adjust. Insert most epic sigh. My middlefinger goes out to all the bastards that made me believe I was a lazy, undisciplined dumbass.
