My usual dumbbell and bodyweight excercises. Took a few minute longer, but thats okay. Had something between a mild and moderate hangover, but now feel amazing again.
Now I get my 2 days of rest and continue training wednesday. Still trying to get my lazy butt to do some yoga or cardio on days without weightlifting, so far I was not able to convince myself. :D But I dont think I need to rush, so its okay. In the past I always had the tendancy of too much, too quickly and now try to win the race slow and steady.

I really love this thread, its kind of a "bragging allowed" zone and it feels so good. :joyful:
 
Thanks for that link @anthony - looks like they are available here so I am headed down tomorrow to the apple store to have a look. The frequency range is decent too.

Day 5 of Insanity - Pure Cardio. Did a 'roller' session afterwards (using a very dense roller helped with the leg fatigue). Finished with a 10k (it's cold and raining here, almost snowing lol) and some light weight work.
 
So, today I was bored. I am not usually a victim of boredom, but today it got to me. I decided to do something productive and did some cardio!
25 minutes of high intensity intervall training on the hometrainer. Want to do that 2 days a week now. That means I have one day a week without any excercise . I think that will be good for me.
