My usual dumbbell and bodyweight excercises. Took a few minute longer, but thats okay. Had something between a mild and moderate hangover, but now feel amazing again.
Now I get my 2 days of rest and continue training wednesday. Still trying to get my lazy butt to do some yoga or cardio on days without weightlifting, so far I was not able to convince myself. :D But I dont think I need to rush, so its okay. In the past I always had the tendancy of too much, too quickly and now try to win the race slow and steady.
I really love this thread, its kind of a "bragging allowed" zone and it feels so good. :joyful:
