My Grandad once said to me when I hadn't slept the night before at all, " Don't fight it Nik, let your body give into sleep!"
That feeling of letting go, giving in and then you fall into blissful sleep!
'Don't fight it!' he said, wonder if this works with PTSD and anxiety symtpoms. . .not to fight them and let them go.
How does one let go? Each time I close my eyes and feel everything inside to just simply. . . . let go. I can't help but feel this new adrenaline rush, just gush through out my body. Why does letting go feel a lot like dying to me? :O_o:
Anyway. . .starting to feel exhausted and tired right now. Think I have stalked this site and you lovely people enough and it's time to take my ass to bed and do as my late grandad once said - " Don't fight it, Nik, let your body give into sleep!" ;)
