Hi I'm new here, I experienced a very traumatic life changing event two years ago and I did a very good job bottling it up (aka what I've always done aka being strong) inside until very recently. I am finding now it is effecting my day to day life and honestly starting to make me have health issues. I am very private and do not like to talk about what happened with those around me, i strangely find it easier to talk to people i dont know and dont feel like im burdening with this. I am 28 yrs old and am not one to ask for help but I am the point now I think I atleast need to talk to people in similar life circumstances to begin to help and heal myself. Please help, any advice would be appreciated.
