Wow hun, very well done! I was thinking of going to slimming world just to shed a few pounds. We can have whatever you fancy for lunch. Tea will be something local - Scouce (lobscouce). I do it a little different to bring those calories down - I replace the heavy potato with sweet potato and it's yum! You can have as much or as little as you like and I only have 2 bottles of wine in the house so we won't go far wrong! :whistling:

I got my hair cut and colored(highlighted) on Monday. It turns out it had been 14 months since I cut my hair or been in a salon. It felt good. I didn't feel bad that I was treating myself, which is what I felt the last time I was there. I even made another appointment to get my hair cut in six weeks. You know what? It felt good that I am taking care of myself. Got many positive comments on my hair, though it wasn't much. My hairs thin. But I never wear it down. I wore it down that night and then tuesday. That felt good too. I might just get use to taking care of myself!
 
Time for an update. I am still doing it for me, because I am worth it. I still attend the Slimming World meetings and next Wed I will have lost 3 stone (42lb) (19kg). I have dropped dress sizes. Ideally I would like to lose 4 stone for the beginning of Jan.

I have started going to the gym, not only for aqua aerobics but also for the scary weight machines, treadmill and cross trainer.

I have regular manicure and pedicure and have my hair coloured. I am worth these things and so are you.
 
We'll get you on that bike yet!
Lol CC, I now have a little fold up bike and I can sit on it and scoot along like a scooter. Pedalling is yet to come :roflmao:
Something(me) keeps holding me down.
You will get there Britt. I am not always on it and look for reasons not to exercise. I didn't go this morning and tomorrow doesn't look great either. Just small changes xx
