Hello all, I finally decided to join because I figured I could get some help. I believe I have complex PTSD, non combat. I'm new to getting help as I don't want to be a burden to anyone.....saying hello

I understand not wanting to be a burden. I just got here, too, but I hope you find help and support. Sometimes sharing your burdens can be hard, but it's harder, I think to carry them alone.
