Yes, they can be addictive. Truth be told I hate taking them. However, sometimes things start spiraling out of control and I need to stop things in their tracks. This is where the benzo comes in. I try to take them rarely as I hate how they make me feel in the following days.

Yes that's fine using them like that for emergencies, think it is the continuous use that ppl get caught out with. My sister was using them to zone out and the psychiatrists knew & still prescribed her them.

The pharmacy I was recommended is Jandrugs.com. Seemed pretty efficient and easy to use.
