Got to share this guy' s work!

Member @Mit told me about him, and I ve been sharing a little already;

Raymond Bergner.

His papers are clear, understandable, and are routed in the broad principles of " descriptive psychology " rather than in the narrower schools of say behaviorism, analytical or cognitive, and illustrate similarities between schools which could otherwise be hidden by different names used for essentially the same things by different schools.

Many of his papers can be downloaded from his academia.edu page. It is free but it may ask you to sign up.

Anyone got any other authors who they like?

I've read it about 3 times now. It wasn't clear on the first reading, but (imo) was worth the effort

just give me some time to download and rad that but remember i will have to read it ten times lol

There are a lot of very good van der Kolk talks up on youtube. He's excellent on trauma, but, like some others (eg Sapolsky and Mate) he occasionally strays off reservation, and imo, he falls flat when it comes to the "dismal science" of economics.
