@Sammyiam and I picked the 14th of December, 9 pm (Greenwich time) - so we still have to figure the time zones.

@Anrish and @Sammyiam - this thread is over to you and I would suggest posting a world clock...once you've voted on and agreed on a time and date. As there is NZ and Australia involved it needs to be a Saturday rest of the world to work in with NZ and AU so they can attend on a Sunday.

@Nicolette yes we are mucking around a bit aren't we :p ok so a Sunday here in New Zealand and Austrailia, which is Saturday for the rest of the world would be:
Sunday in NZ 12 th December
Saturday in USA. 12 th December
I am the only one from New Zealand so I can do anytime to suit everyone else
If this is wrong and I have been looking after a grand child of 26 months for a week so am I bit tired :p. I am goi g to crawl under the chat fridge and hide until @Anrish can work it out better :p

What does every one think of that date, please let us know

According to the world clock, I would orientate on Greenwich time and suggest 09:00 pm - and everyone has to look what time it will be in his/her area. ...for example: It's 10 pm for @TreeHugger and me. :rolleyes:
