5 Things I Am Grateful For

1. Riding my bike
2. Eating organic fruit
3. Finding out about French programs
4. Got bones for my dogs
5. Wearing a bike helmet and bringing lots of water on my ride
 
In general -

1. I have a terrific and understanding family.
2. There is a future full of hope (sometimes).
3. I live in a rural setting and therefore don't have to mingle often.
4. That I can talk openly with family, friends, my therapist and on this forum about my Disorder.
5. I am proud of all 5 of my kids.
 
1. Learning that I thrive around people (despite being a loner most of my life)
2. Getting up and trying again when I fail
3. Being more efficient with groceries (using stuff up so it doesn't end up going bad)
4. Going to the library more often
5. Being a volunteer
 
1. Recent improvements in organization and its ability.
2. Fewer instances of swelling and hives, thus less concern.
3. Daughter and friend greatly enjoying themselves and each other this afternoon.
4. Easily available books and educational reading materials.
5. Today's sunshine and brightness and my chances and ability to get out in it today, if only somewhat.

1. That I managed to get through the breast checks and the ovarian cancer checks.
2. That I followed up when they didn't do the comparisons.
3. That I managed to do things last week despite being laid out by anxiety.
4. That I am learning to be in myu home more.
5. That the cancer checks came back clear.
 
1. Taking my dogs to the park
2. Leaving the park and keeping my cool when another dog tried to pick a fight with my dog and the owner did nothing about it
3. Drinking lots of water today
4. Eating fruit
5. Being nice to myself
 
1. That I got up in a reasonable time frame this morning.
2. That I am aware of my anxiety.
3. That I managed to meditate for 25 minutes this money.
4. That I have an opportunity to do some art today at an art class.
5. That I am committed to doing exercise to manage my anxiety this morning.
 
1. Fair health, less pain and improved spirit today.
2. Outside, green grass and bright skies.
3. Our adorably interesting dog and his approach to life. :D
4. Warmth, warm waters and cleanliness.
5. Pleasant fragrances.
 
1. I am grateful for B helping me out this afternoon.
2. I am grateful for the 21 Day Challenge.
3. I am grateful that despite the anxiety I am doing some stuff.
4. I am grateful that I made plans and followed through today.
5. I am grateful that I have the internet.

4. Dealt with a stressful situation really well today
5. Shared an apple with a dog friend
 
1. I am grateful that I went to wood working.
2. I am grateful that I had a nap.
3. I am grateful that I went to the library, the shops, the beach,
4. I am grateful that I did some writing.
5. I am grateful that I have an invite out tonight.
 
I'm grateful that my children and husband made it to church even though I didn't.

Grateful that I just now remembered my cup of tea I made for myself, ...and that I can still drink it. ...be right back.

Grateful that I've learned as much as I have about my health, conditions (past and present) and various related things I never knew, understood and I blamed and shamed myself for.

Grateful to renew a vital annual subscription today, even though I'm still shaky with doing so due to not being able to afford its $50.
