5 Things I Am Grateful For

1. My children and grandchildren
2. my integrity and inner truth,
3. Being able to focus on my own needs for a change
4. being able to stop worrying that others are judging me, they are just not that important or worth the loss of energy.
5. knowing that I am doing the right thing for me without hurting anyone else.

I am grateful for:

1. KP being able to post again. It's always nice when someone goes away for a while and then they come back again. So I'm grateful for a sense of community and a deep level of understanding that this forum has given me.
2. Sunshine.
3. My therapy session today (painful but needed).
4. My bed.
5. The cream and haggis pie I made last night from my own strange recipe / my ability to be creative with the ingredients I have
 
I am grateful for my daughter who is also a good friend.
I am grateful that I am going to spend the next two days at my daughters house.
I am grateful that my daughter will go with me to see my good friends I have not talked to in three years.
I am grateful for my granddaughters.
I am grateful for my animals.
 
1. I am grateful for growing and changing.

2. I am grateful for deepening insight.

3. I am grateful for sometimes being on top of the self hatred and self doubt.

4. I am grateful that I got moving today.

5. I am grateful I can go to bed soon.

2. Taking my dog to the park and brushing him for 30 minutes - he LOVED it
3. Getting in touch with my feelings today
4. Speed walking to burn off my energy and process my feelings
5. Beating myself up less
 
I am grateful for my daughter and her girls.
For my home which is paid for.
For having good medical coverage.
For being very comfortable.
For my medication which stabilizes me.
 
Today I am grateful:

1. For spell-checking automatically as I type. I think that's really cool. :rolleyes:
2. Cheese on toast. I'm not eating any, I just really like it.
3. That I'm still breathing and I haven't given up on that.
4. For how deeply I care about other people, even if it can hurt.
5. That my partner can sleep with a light on and me clattering at this keyboard.
 
I am grateful that a good friend came over to visit me today.
I am grateful that I made a therapy appointment today.
I am grateful I had the cash to buy a overnight bag which is really cool.
I am grateful that I will spend the next two nights at my daughters house.
I am grateful that I am taking my family to Disneyland on Wednesday.
