5 Things I Am Grateful For

1) My brother...once again he amazes me with his insights.
2) My therapy session last night, very important disclosure and the earth didn't open up and swallow me.
3)The "fall" out of this past weeks work, is manageable
4) Four other people in my life who have been helping me
5)Humor.I didnt think I could actually laugh when in so much pain.
 
1. I am grateful that I could assess my mood and attitude.
2. I am grateful that I could adjust my activities and attitude.
3. I am grateful that I could apply myself.
4. I am grateful for the feeling of an accomplishment.
5. I am grateful that I can just work at things.
 
1. My therapist, who called my doctor and pain doctor to ask for help for me since no one seems to be helping except him.
2. My therapist, who has really helped me get through this horrible time of pain and weakness in my legs and back by believing me.
3. My son, who has been really helpful when I am having so many issues.
4. My friends, who aren't sick of me yet.
5. My pets, who know exactly where it hurts and snuggle in to provide a natural heating pad.
 
1. Being about to do things.
2. Being able to think things through.
3. Being able to apply myself with discipline.
4. Having access to this forum and the experience and insight on this Forum.
5. Really being able to tease issues out and let go of a hell of a lot of magical thinking.
 
I am grateful for the people on this forum who have been so supportive to me and to my daughter.
I am grateful for my hospitalization.
I am grateful for my husband.
I am grateful for my daughter and granddaughters.
I am grateful for my stepdaughter and her husband.
 
1. Letting out my anger when it happened today
2. Doing extra errands even though I was tired
3. Being more assertive
4. Drinking water today
5. Getting rid of some more internal clutter via therapy
 
1. My husband, who is so wonderful and supportive
2. I have a Dr appt on the 25th and may get to take medical leave from school which I think I need
3. My cats, because they give me lots of comfort
4. My professor, because I really trust her and I feel so safe with her and that is not something I typically experience with anyone other than my husband, so I feel really lucky to have her support
5. I have food to eat every day. I never take that for granted.
 
I am grateful for my physical therapist
I am grateful for my neighbors
I am grateful for this site and all the people who support me here
I am grateful for the diary/journal section that is not made available to the general public
I am grateful for my new pulley to be able to exercise my arm safely
 
1. I am grateful for learning.
2. I am grateful for discipline that I am developing.
3. I am grafeful that I am not rescuing people in my daily life.
4. I am grateful that I am getting more insight each day.
5. I am grateful that I am not acting out the childhood drama of rescuing people over and over again.
6. I am grateful that I can see my self more than I could so now I can really grow and change.
