I am grateful for medication that keeps me stable.
I am grateful that my daughter could get a job as a dispatcher for the police department.
I am grateful that my husband is having a good day.
I am grateful that I get to go to visit my daughter today.
I am grateful that my daughter and her family are doing so much better since this ordeal started.
 
1. I am grateful for being able to go to art classes.
2. I am grateful for my drawing improving.
3. I am grateful for my ability to think improving.
4. I am grateful for my insight that I am improving and growing despite feeling icky.
5. I am grateful for not dissociating so much and for not running around like a headless chook.
 
grateful that my oldest daughter made her own tether ball with a rope, a ball, and a board. It works pretty good.
Grateful that my daughter has a good attorney who keeps in touch with her every day during the week.
Grateful that my husband is having a good day.
Grateful that my daughters two girls are not her husbands kids.
Grateful for God and his miracle.

1. For the first time in 4 days I'm not wheezing.
2. For the validation from my therapist when she described the emotional abuse I endured for 9 years as torture. I know it sounds weird but it was validating.
3. For my Dad helping me so much while I've been sick.
4. For the compassion my friends have been showing me.
5. For the little moments of clarity that burn through the gloom. They focus a beam of light in some of the darkest corners of my symptoms.
 
1. I am grateful that I exercised by boogie boarding and walking today.
2. I am grateful that I went to a still life drawing class today.
3. I am grateful that I went to a belly dancing class tonight.
4. I am grateful that I was able to get rid of some stuff today.
5. I am grateful that I am able to think and consider.
 
1. I am so grateful for the amount of cleaning and tidying that I got done yesterday.
2. I am so grateful for the gardening and weeding that I got done yesterday.
3. I am so grateful for the awareness that I don't have to spend time with people that I don't like.
4. I am so grateful that my awareness of me in my own life is growing.
5. I am so grateful that I can see where I am not present in my own life.
