I wish my physical health would match my energy levels.

OMG this is so funny. :roflmao: I think when we die God will look like anyone we're prejudiced about, whether it's based on color, gender, body type, sexual orientation, beliefs, abilities, etc. Besides, everyone knows when you spin all colors together it comes out like light. :) Stupid asses. 3. @Chimera uptake on H2O pronto and wet heat for the spasms (I walk like a pretzel sometimes and it helps).
4. :rolleyes: @jaccat I have been known to Mindfully Meditate as I stuff my face (it is not mutually exclusive): for instance just enjoy every mouth watering delicious sensation of the chocolate or biscuit as you partake. However, no rumination allowed on the calories, ect.
5. I made a fusion fresh vegetable chicken, bean soup that defies reason why it taste so good! Thank you mother of invention cooking.

3. Maybe because of Fathers day, or maybe not, I was thinking, you know how they say you can't love others if you don't love yourself? It's not been my experience, & I think I know why..
4. To me, love is, with kindness & respect, giving to or helping another & striving for another, for their sake & self, without thought of yourself. With no thought of your own gain (no thought even of yourself).
5. It may also be I ate too much ^^ ;) . (I don't think so though. Of course, JMHO. :notworthy: )
