1. I noticed my feelings gather in an negative base when my PTSD starts cycling into hypervigilance from lack of sleep.
2. It is easier to catch now and reappraise my filter as being faulty or skewing into a negative framework.
3. I may not be able to change the initial hijack but I can alter the ride.
4. I found that just breathing in a meditative Mindfulness moment and diverting the thought into beauty of nature (when nature is present) calms me in the moment.
5. I am glad that the board has taught me -"Feelings are not facts." :notworthy: It helps me balance.
 
1. Put the heart lens cap shape back where it seemed to come from. Reality may be ugly but at least it's real.
2. Not surprisingly it cracked. :roflmao::sick:
3. Found a calf named Honey .. brought to a school playground. Beautiful big brown eyes, with long lashes!!! Came & nuzzled my hand twice, through the chainlink. I conclude: A. I need one for my grass & B. I can't eat beef anymore. :( :inlove:
4. I reallly don't think I can eat beef anymore. I should have visited the baby llama.
 
I've concluded that packing is exhausting.
Success though, squeezed everything into my tiny suitcase. Was not spending my holiday money on another.
I got through the anxiety of having a tyre changed, only to be told I need two more.:meh:
Cheap yogurt and treat toffee sauce is a surprisingly successful pudding.
Really hope I get some decent sleep tonight.
