I always think I shouldn't think too much when over/tired or stressed, or write here, either.
But then I wonder too if that's the time I'm accurate.

It is the silly constant migraine that also impacts my mood. Possibly my perceptions. It's hard to feel anything positive when my head feels like it's going to explode, really.

2. The whole 9 yards- torrential rain, terrible 70-90 km wind, forked lightning, ink black sky then yellow then green now some other shade of yellow? Did not get the golf ball-to-tennis ball sized hail here. Oh my. It's still like 38 degrees celsius with humidity, & 24 dew point.
3. But temp hs dropped to 19 degrees.
4. Eiy.
5. I think it would be awful without it being a trigger. :(

3. Bizarre clouds but I don't see an anvil-shape & they are blowing over. Like a giant sheet of mammatas (? sp)
4. Well, actually they're not moving. Super weird sight.
5. Very lucky did not flood, or re: roof/ trees/ windows/ powerlines. :notworthy:

1. Well that storm was a doozy, 3 tornados touched down outside of my city, tore a metal roof off an appt block in the city.I believe it, I could hear the weirdest sounds. Thankfully no one injured. But perfect/ true pictures of the low sheet of rounded mammata clouds or whatever o/head. Weirdest feeling, ever. Never quite seen/ been in that sight.

1. At church yesterday the words read matched a piece of paper I found outside way away the day before. The other side of the paper said "A Father's Love Letter".
2. Another part said don't be suicidal I had a plan for you for all of creation when I created you, & you live where you should.
