My throat seems to have recovered from the vinegar incident, phew!

Not so impressed by Force Awakens, although Supreme Leader Snoke was quite cool

Thanks @Missycat, it's freaky, I kept trying to speak with huge effort and zero noise came out, sorta like the little mermaid, glad I woke up!

Relief that I found my center again and am grounded more in reality.
I feel so good today.
I need to do some reading.
I am grateful for family and friends and forum friend.

Had fun fishing all day with my hubby!
