5 Things I'm Thinking Today

-Thinking it would be nice if I could get the (friends) dog to rip off my shoulder o. O
-Wake up to a bag of clothes on the porch for mini from gram, who is not my grandmother
she's 5'4" now, not so mini! :(
-Grateful to read so much insight on here
-What the hell is up with synchronized trampoline?? Seriously...?!
-must work at re-connecting

This migraine masquerading as a headache needs to shift. 4 days already.
I want to read but I'm afraid to. I shouldn't really be posting here.
That old photo on Facebook is stirring some happy/sad memories. I forgot I'd named that thing Jemima. I miss my dad.
I want to try what my T suggested but it's scary. I fear going that far back in my past will stir whatever's hiding at the bottom of that swamp. I know it's there. I know its power.
This may be the migraine talking. I think it's going to be another day of doing nothing.

1. After reading some of the horror stories of therapist, I decided to leave a message for mine and thank him for his guidance and skill set.
2. I told him he had made a difference to many of his 'clients' <<< guess I will have to say patient several times when I see him next.:p
3. However, I really do think client is a solid word and I use it with my medical doctors too. They chose the field and I chose them.
4. @Junebug, & @Cashew @C j @Anrish and so many others whom laugh with me :hug::hilarious::inlove:
5. I feel more alive today and am making an effort NOT to measure my day by my mental lack. I will measure my determination and resilience instead. PS...I will even fudge the figures to the good if that makes me feel better...:clown:
