I did not sleep much last night, very tired.
I am all organized for the tasks for today.
Worried about my daughters health.
I am feeling like I am in la la land.
Need a paddle to get out.

@gizmo Totally understand your hesitation in updates as I just spent a few hours fixing my stuff as well with a remote tech. You can have the techs of the apps fix it for free if the updates caused the concern. The trick is patience in the on-line service at their sites. Take phone camera snap-shots of the error messages for reference.

If it is the phone...go to the maker's website of the phone. Example Apple Apple then click support
If it is a PC ran by windows you can run a maintenance check/trouble shooter fix-it-app through the control center (blue icon).
Application from providers of service are infrequent: so generally it is between the device and the application's update integration.

Hint: Always use the device to contact techs that have the concern so they can elect for a free remote fix.

Thanks @Recovery4Me, One of the kids I work with said to me today, "they're going to put you to sleep! But then that's a chance you might not wake up!!" I told him I'd be ok as I've been put to sleep before and I've always woke up. But I do worry before each surgery, and the anesthesia makes me weep too. I'm just trying to stay calm and positive. ;)

Today was long and highly emotional
