1. Trying to build a life I don't believe in. But hell, at least I tried.
2. Crossed fingers for what I'm up to, & heckuva lot more prayer.
3. Friend's words. For rules are meant to be helped by & promises? Are to be Kept.
4. Still can't deal with the fact I lost everyone who was family to me.
5. Or that I can't move as fast as I'd like to. Ssssh despair, you're not having talking rights. (It is in love that we find skill / and the other marching mottos.)

1. The house is full of cooking aromas... homey.
2. Holy crap it really did take all day for two dishes.
3. Peaceful day, and that is always a good thing.
4. Still can't find the bathing suits.
5. Who needs to see an old woman in a bathing suit... meh, wear my cover up or overalls over it just in case I want to go for a swim.

I want to make the effort for understanding myself

A few weeks ago I told one of the few coworkers I talk to, "I know I'm rough around the edges and lack tact. But I consider it part of my charm" We both laughed. What I liked most is she is one of the most gracious and tactful people I ever met. Yet she is real enough to share that laugh.

Sounds silly and not important compared to others' stuff above, but I was looking for an object and accidentally found some photos of myself- I thought I had thrown them all out before during SI I was calling 'declutterng', though there weren't many to begin with. Funny thing was, I found a grade one picture from school, 5 years old, remembered my sweet and gentle teacher had brushed my hair, I was kind of a tomboy and there I was in a black velvet dress (great dress, I had a red one too) with an errant piece of hair in the middle, just like I noticed it had been yesterday:roflmao:, and a crossed eye, big brown ones- it got straightened twice but near-certainty of blindness if I get a Dr who'd agree to try now. So my sister says, 'you look the same', :roflmao: . The Big Thing was I remembered a memory, plus the Biggie was I didn't throw it away, and it made me laugh, vs self-hatred/ revulsion. :wideeyed: :) :notworthy:
