How does a person create more emotional intimacy when you are so hardwired to keep emotions in?
Praying for all those who are recovering, in the midst of and awaiting natural disasters.

Heh... that was only 2, but it feels like 5 today. It will improve, I trust as the day plays out.

2. I am in an up-cycle insofar as mood regulation. It is a blessing to feel a little happiness among the other emotions.

3. I spoke with an past colleague and friend a bit ago. It felt good to be able to talk faith, retirement, uncoupled status and share with another matron of forward.;)

4. This board has really assisted in learning not to nibble on other's choice of anger.

5. Therapy has assisted as well with learning my side of the street and that there are many ways to choose to react.

Call your student loan provider and ask for a discharge. If you are on disability, your loans can be discharged if you don't work for 3 years after you apply.

I will post pictures of the blooming flowers, they are a favorite of mind, when I lived in my cabin I had so many and enjoyed cut flowers in my home for most of the summer. I hope that I can get them to grow.
