1. Gratitude for the board, members, staff and lessons learned and still learning.
2. After having been here a bit, I dropped the stone of shame for having PTSD.
3. I do not like my PTSD...but I no longer fear it.
4. In this moment, I am emotionally regulated: just sleep deprived again.;)
5. Exercising several miles a day...for now.
