2. Strange weather.
3. Nothing to do anymore...
4. Off to the kitchen I go.

1.- Sit down outdoors with a book. Feeling a bit weir, it is a public park. I don't have to go, I have the right to be here, like the others do.
2.- Free time, relaxing time for my self. Rest and leissure It is not "for others". It is for me, too.
3.- I get tense with this
4.- Neck is totally stiffed
5.- I go for a walk now. Feeling a bit anxious watching and being watched. (Probably nobody has noticed me)

My therapist is away this week
I think my job is giving me carpal tunnel syndrome
I need to lay off the coffee (even though I only have 1 or 2 cups a day)
I really wish my therapist wasn't away this week
Wondering if I need to file for bankruptcy

1) Had the worst therapy ever!!! Too emotionally intense to even think talk anything? Nope.. couldnt talk. And i wanted to flip out and trash her office.. but didnt.
2) i think im slightly pissed now (drunk pissed)
3) I dont know how to connect sometimes
4) going to eat now, and plan for work tommorrow. How can i do this when in therapy i cant even speak? I do not not understand this world

1. My head is wasted, spent ages organising all my photos on to a new memory stick, what a blooming mess, there were folders within folders within folders, lost count of the amount of 'new folders' there were :facepalm: I didn't realise i'd taken so many photos over the years...glad I did but my god, my poor head!!! And..I'm not even nearly done!
2. I had too much chocolate today
3. I don't regret it :p but I won't do it again any time soon
