☆ Change is good mmkay?
☆ One tiny step at a time will get far compared to thinking you've to do everything in one go and freezing in overwhelm.
☆ OK so 5 minutes on here then take the next little step.
☆ Looking forward to being able to eat normally again (after extraction)
☆ ho hum
 
I have another cold. I haven't even got over the last one!
My face, eyes and throat feel like they've been scrubbed with sandpaper. Oh joy.
Guess I'm not cooking a decent meal tonight.
I got a really nice thankyou from a guy at work today, after I rescued him from an agressive tw*t of a customer on Sunday. No way was I walking away from that. The kid didn't need to thank me.
I should probably do something nice for myself.
 
@Akhos I'm sorry things are so hard
@jaccat let's boycott cold. we can sit around with picket signs and refreshments.

1) I haven't lived with someone in over 20 years. this is a big ass adjustment. I need to talk to tenant about 3 things. I can not be conflict avoidant.
2) am I sick again. And how lame is the possibility I am sick kicking the sui thoughts into high gear
3) ok, I hate the idea of a medical leave and can't afford it but it's better and chearper than being hospitilized. And the other alternative is not acceptable
4) I have 25 minutes to get dressed, care for the animals and...I think there is something else
5) do people just break?
 
Came full circle today, what a ride!:confused::arghh;:happy:
Have more books to read and a movie to watch.:happy:
Will eat light tonight.:hungry:
Looking forwards to tomorrow.:D:p

1. It is nice moving forward with friends.
2. It is the authentic sharing that lends to so much growth.
3. The humor assist in lifting the depression and the compassion fills the temporary emptiness.
4. It is good to feel heard and not minimized, which is why this board offers so much.
5. My therapy was awesome the other day allowing movement from the fire disasters.
 
1. Lots of dust and dust bunnies at the new place of employment (ack - oh my aching allergies).
2. Forgot about how unconscious the general public is about coughing, sneezing, snotting and slobbering all over stuff is. Had to resume extra precautions to protect my immune system.
3. Mixed messages with 4 different coworkers all of who are "training me" and I don't like it and I'm giving feedback without snark. Just statements... but when I do I get a pit in my stomach. Doing it anyways.
4. Ankles are having a rough time and swollen at the end of every shift. Tried 3 kinds of shoes, so far haven't found ones to wear that are good with my foot orthotic. Keep trying.
5. Pain levels rising steadily reminding me why I don't do 5 days in a row... This week I have 5 days in a row and today is day 4. Quit your whining buttercup and deal with it as best as you can. You can't know the impact to your body til at least 30 days anyways.
