5 Things I'm Thinking Today

@PURUSHA For me it is staying focused on what I am doing at each moment, who I am interacting with, and making sure I stay "out of my head". I don't let my "mind" wander and if I start "feeling" things that are out of place I step back and remind myself the emotion doesn't belong in the present circumstance and redirect the thoughts or the activity to break the cycle. Its using a combo of mindfulness and grounding with a bit of my own technique thrown in. Letting my thoughts run uncontrolled at this time is not good, so I just do what I can to stay focused and attentive.
 
  • What a beautiful day!
  • Pesto with fresh pasta is the best.
  • Finishing up last minute errands before the shutdown shutdown commences.
  • My body is getting stronger.
  • I want to go have coffee with T and just talk about the world. Been months since my last real session. Still missing the connection. Time to interview new Ts I guess.
