You cannot imagine how this is so helping me to process the last news and giving me the strength to break the news to my children. Spoke a long time with my youngest last night. He told me that his boss's son-in-law got diagnosed with a cancer (couldn't remember what kind) 2 weeks ago, he passed away over the week-end. So my son concluded that my decision to continue this treatment was a good thing. He was telling me that he's been thinking often of when one of his parents would die and that it hits him hard. It was an inevitable discussion that we needed to have and it was very liberating.

I have changed my avatar for today as it is a big charity fund raising day in the UK for Children in Need.

So just for today I have their mascot, Pudsey bear as my avatar

I have a frog for the weekend ready to change to in the morning.
