Yup. There are batshit crazy people out there basically trying to PC mental health. A very health regime that is already best guess, really needs no PC nonsense creeping into it. Especially about relating it to society as part of its approach.

I like his straight methodology - like all medicine, screen-identify-treat.

That is about as good an approach as anyone could get today with mental health. There is too much PC nonsense terminology trying to confuse, reshape, and belittle further the laughing stock is already mental health treatment.

For sure. It's an interesting concept I think, to make mental health politically correct. Nobody attempts to make traditional medicine politically correct in diagnosis. A doctor isn't going to diagnose me with a heart condition when I really have indigestion, just because I believe my experience of indigestion to be so severe I should call it a heart condition. That sounds crazy, right? But it's really the same as someone saying their parents divorced and they believe what is a common stressful event, they experienced as so severe they think they should call it trauma.
