Ouch! (((((((N and )))))) We had a glitch in US about 6 mo ago! The occurance was due to MS update affecting Outlook. IPhone uses ITunes to sync but the update was not compatable with Outlook. Therefore duplicating everything. We had to call Microsoft to get it fixed, they created a patch! Not certain if this will help but might be worth a call or connect with MS support. Hugs Whitney

I hope you guys have gotten it all sorted/repaired. I SOOOO know where you are at.

I find that putting the laptop behind the back wheel of my truck, and threatening it with a shot gun makes me feel much better. It doesn't fix the problem, but it helps to remember I could always shoot it.:D:cool: There are so few problems that can be addressed this way, it is good to remember the ones that can.:tup:

If it's any consolation... I dropped my iPhone in my coffee just after Christmas :oops::oops::oops:!!! It suffered for a few months and then finally died back in April. Not a happy bunny!!! Had to go from a 4 to buying a 3 from a friend - it's like a brick in comparison - but it works :)

Now all I need is "an Anthony" to tell me how to get my emails off Sky instead of Outlook as it downloaded 3,275 dating back about three years!!!!!

Not fixed yet.... still deleting calendar entries and then my phone stopped sending emails yesterday....Blah!

It's all day events which have duplicated and some are up to 3,000 times and you can only delete 10 - 20 at a time or iCal crashes.

My darling husband is working on it when I'm not at my computer. :inlove:
