I got to talk to him today and he does acknowledge that scheduling is not his forte. I explained to him how his behavior affects his clients and how he needs to be clear on expectations (in order to be successful in future business).
@DMerish: It is confusing with our friendship, professional relationship, and the possibility of working for him. We ended up talking and I gave him a chance to explain himself. He owned up to his flaws and I owned up to my reactions and PTSD. We talked about how both of us could improve our interactions with others (and with each other).
