Afraid Again - Armed Robbers in my Area

:naughty: the last three days there has been a team of guy/girl armed robbers in my local are altoona pa 1 subway mon. 2 holliday inn tues. 3 dairy queen weds. the police know who they are and they are trying their best but It's sent me into a panic tailspin. but surprise change of habbit instead of walking the floor I'm now curled up in a corner and hiding in a preten cave (blankets over my head) my little dogs get under the cover while me big dogs stand guard:stupid: and I'm now sleeping 16hrs a day. I'm makeing poor tom nuts with these crazy panic attacks I know I'm not in danger. We called I go to see the new councler at 1 pm tommorow. I don't want more medications but if you have a calming idea
PLEASE HELP ME my friend anita is bringing me a ty-chi dvd maybe.hopefully that will help some

I'm sorry to hear things are hard for you at the moment. have you tried doing a search for posts on grounding - theres some excellent ideas. Some work for me and some don't but its worth trying.
