Shout out to all supporters and sufferers who have endured, survived and maybe even thrived through the holiday season! Ours was bumpy but actually better than I had anticipated. Hope yours was ok too!

For the first time, in a long time, I didn't have any suicidal thoughts, never mind, I sleep most of Christmas, Boxing and New Year Days. As this marks my fourth anniversary since, my last suicide attempt.
