There is always the glitter bomb. Don't know if you saw this before but it's so funny. It's a service online. You buy a "package" online, which then gets mailed to the JERK. Once it opens it, the glitter explodes everywhere and it's a huge mess to clean up. And then they include a message with it about how they should learn to be a better human being.

Yeah... I get chain of command triggers that pop up from time to time, man. I shift gears into real Chain of Command mode, and have to really shake myself. Nope. This pissant power tripping nobody ain't in my chain of command. He has no power over me. He can kiss my ass.

They are so used to having their own way, and bossing people about, that they can't reprehend your actions and it leaves them totally confused and speechless!

It would read Colonial Acres Neighborhood. Not much the guy can do.

Maybe order one for anyone who wants one. The guy might lose his mind but I found out he's my age so maybe he won't vapor lock.

I think he's a little nuts and your idea, to begin with, was good and practical, and going ahead now is hilarious. People like that are just asking to get their chains jerked, why disappoint him? (I wonder how many other people he tries to bully and gets away with it?)

I feel it is my duty to suggest you may wish to make the this treasurer one as well. Trust me, there's evil in this plan yet.

Make him one, stake it to the ground outside of his property line. If he doesn't appreciate it, that'll be too damn bad. He will have put in a request for the person who's property it's actually on to have it removed, or else risk his little power-trip being taken away for an act of vandalism. If he tries to do it himself. :sneaky:

If it were me, I'd get back in contact with the VP who responded to you favorably. I wouldn't mess with the treasurer any more at all. Just stick with people who are on your side. Ask the treasurer if or how you can get the idea before the full association for a vote or whatever. I think it's a good one.

You're spooky I just did that. It felt a little like tattling but then the adult voice in my head said maybe it's best.

I asked the V. P. if he's always that difficult and set out the public chastisement, yelling, cursing, having to ask him not to contact me again "twice"...Etc.

I related at this point I'm considering going my own way and ignoring him.

I considered maybe he's got something going on at home or he's ill. Maybe he drinks....Maybe he will do a drive by. LOL

Not being passive makes me feel better but I'll sleep on it. Besides it's Xmas and I can't do much this week anyway.
