Another Hit Or Opportunity?

Was told today there will be a restructuring in our Area. My boss is going to Atlanta and they are not hiring any new people.
I was told my position and grade are safe but what else would they say?
I am a hard worker and willing, hell love learning new things but since my PTSD has blown its top, my stamina is not what it was.
My job profile took some hard hits this past two years.
I can't afford a downgrade.
They have to give me some options...
I don't even have an evaluation for last year.

I've a feeling they know your value, and that you are wholly safe. Just because we judge ourselves harshly, we tend to over-perform.
