This is the rose I will be having in my bouquet as it matches the embroidery on the bodice of my dress.

This large and elegant rose variety with its tall centred bud of pale pink opens to show its creamy pink inner petals. It has large dark green foliage on strong stems that are near thornless.

Thanks Fin and Cherryblossom. I am so excited! It all changed when I got my dress.....I can't wait to wear it.

Tiara

I'm not sure I've told you but I basically want to be a "princess" on our wedding day rather than something more modern.

My dress has gold, champagne and pink flowers embroidered on the bodice so I have been looking for jewellery to complement it but not overpower the dress. I spent many hours searching and finally found a tiara I liked but it was way over in California. It arrived on Friday but as they sent it registered mail Anthony could not sign for it so I have to wait until tomorrow to collect it from the post office. I'm so excited and hope it is as nice as the picture.

Thanks Kers, Lisa and Mina. It's starting to get really exciting. My girlfriend and are I going shoe shopping this week and that's me almost done. I have my hair and make up trial on Friday.....everything is working out so well with so little stress that it's fantastic. Even Anthony is really pleased as its been no issue for him as I've been merrily getting things done without anything impacting on him with the exception of my delight which is not a bad thing :wink:

Oh yeah and I booked the cars today. As soon as you mention the word wedding the price triples so I cunningly avoided mentioning it and got some good prices.

My best friend of almost 18 years is flying over from Adelaide next week and we're spending the day shopping and finalising the wedding stuff. The way things are looking (as I'm so organised with so little stress) that we will just be shopping for her.

And oh....final good news....I got my dream veil....with embroidery, delicate gold flower clusters and russia braid trim.

Ooooooohhhhhhhhh I am sooooooooooo excited!
