Question for those who have been through what I have today

My triggers don't seem to be as bad as they were before what happened a few hours ago, before I would feel like impending doom, and shut down, now they make me uneasy, uncomfortable, tense from short exposure.

Does this last or is this temporary

The reason I ask as I have had NO SI since saturday. And my trigger tolerance is improved some, am I to expect this to continue or will I be this way sometimes.
