Anyone Have Paralysis After/during A Flashback?

Wow... I experienced this quite a bit in my teenage years. I never associated flashbacks with the paralysis, but it was the most stressful point in my life. My doctors assumed it was related to experimental medication, but maybe it was this PTSD creature hiding in my shadows. Crazy to gain a new perspective on one's past.

Yes I do experience that. Usually its either me in the fetal position crying and screaming as I'm regressed in a flashback. Or I'm just staring at the ground while im sitting immobilized. I can only move my eyes but usually I just keep on seeing stuff in my flashback and I dont see whats going on really in the actual world.

I experience very similar and usually as you said lasts about an hour. I've put it also down to my trauma and being restrained and also episodes of depersonalisation where I loose connection with my body. Very scary but I'm beginning to understand it better. Xxx
