I am missing the old me three years ago, before my husband got sick and died. I miss the old him before the dementia took him awa from me. I have lost the great love of my life.

I updated my "address book" and saw names of friends and family, which includes my sister and brother, whom I haven't talked to in quite some time.

It's like I don't even know if the phone numbers and addresses that I have for some of these people is still current! Just to go back and remember the times that I had with some of these friends and family members, some good, some bad!
